Shipping policy

The prices stated on the product pages include the statutory value-added tax.

Germany:

For delivery within Germany we charge a flat rate of 3,90 Euro per order. From an order value of 50 Euro we deliver within Germany free of shipping costs.

Austria:

For delivery to Austria we charge a flat rate of 11,90 Euro per order. From an order value of 100 Euro we deliver within Austria free of shipping costs.

Switzerland:

For delivery to Switzerland, we charge a flat rate of CHF 19.90 per order. From an order value of CHF 200, we deliver within Switzerland free of shipping costs.

Please note that for deliveries to Switzerland import taxes (7.7%) will be charged. These will be charged together with the customs fees via the parcel service provider.

Other countries International shipping (2-8 business days):

Belgium: 11,90 €

Netherlands: 11,90 €

Italy: 15,90 €

Denmark: 11,90 €

The actual shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart and before the order confirmation. The flat shipping rate includes the statutory value added tax.

All products will be shipped in one shipment as soon as the products are available for shipment. Partial deliveries are not possible.

We usually ship within 3-5 business days in Germany with DHL and internationally with DHL or DPD.
