Shipping policy

All prices shown on our product pages include VAT.

Germany:

Shipping within Germany is a flat rate of EUR 4.90 per order. Orders over EUR 60 ship free within Germany.

Austria:

Shipping to Austria is a flat rate of EUR 11.90 per order. Orders over EUR 100 ship free within Austria.

Switzerland:

Shipping to Switzerland is a flat rate of CHF 19.90 per order. Orders over CHF 200 ship free within Switzerland.

Please note that import taxes (7.7%) apply to deliveries to Switzerland. These are charged by the parcel carrier together with any customs fees.

Other EU countries:

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship to other EU countries. The reason is the new EU Packaging Regulation (PPWR): since 12 August 2026, we would have to register separately in every single EU country we ship to and appoint our own authorised representative there. For a small shop like Stifteliebe, that effort is sadly out of all proportion to the handful of orders we receive from these countries. As soon as the EU introduces workable rules for small retailers, we will be delighted to resume shipping within the EU.

Norway:

Shipping to Norway is a flat rate of EUR 13.90 per order. Orders over EUR 129 ship free. As Norway is not part of the EU customs union, additional import charges may apply and will be collected separately by the parcel carrier.

USA:

Shipping to the USA is a flat rate of USD 34.00 per order. Duties and import charges are already shown at checkout and included in the total price.

Other countries:

We do not currently ship to other countries as standard. If you are interested, please contact us before placing your order – we will check on a case-by-case basis whether delivery is possible.

The actual shipping costs are shown in your cart and before you confirm your order.

All products are sent in a single delivery as soon as every item is available for dispatch. Partial deliveries are not possible.

We usually ship within 1–3 business days, using DHL within Germany and DHL or DPD internationally. If it takes longer, this is noted on the product page.
