Shipping policy

For deliveries within the EU, the prices shown on product pages include statutory VAT.

Germany:

Shipping within Germany costs a flat rate of €4.90 per order. Orders of €60 or more ship free within Germany.

Austria:

Shipping to Austria costs a flat rate of €11.90 per order. Orders of €100 or more ship free within Austria.

Switzerland:

Shipping to Switzerland costs a flat rate of CHF 19.90 per order. Orders of CHF 200 or more ship free within Switzerland.

Please note that deliveries to Switzerland are subject to import tax (7.7%). This is collected together with customs fees by the parcel carrier.

United States (5–10 business days):

We ship to the US with DHL at a flat rate per order — the exact amount in USD is shown in your cart and at checkout.

All prices for US orders include applicable US import duties and customs clearance (Delivered Duty Paid). You will not be asked to pay anything extra on delivery — no surprises at your door. Every parcel ships from our studio in Germany with full tracking.

Other countries — international shipping (2–8 business days):

Belgium: €11.90

Netherlands: €11.90

Italy: €15.90

Denmark: €11.90

The actual shipping costs are displayed in your cart and before you confirm your order.

All products in an order are shipped together in one delivery as soon as everything is available. Partial shipments are not possible.

We usually dispatch within 1–3 business days, within Germany via DHL and internationally via DHL or DPD. If an item needs longer, this is noted on the product page.
